Qigong:
Qigong is an outstanding cultural legacy of ancient China, The qigong exercise can prevent and aid in the remission of disease, strengthen the body's constitution, avoid premature aging, and prolong life. The methods include Jinggog (Meditation Exercse), Donggong (Dynamic Exercise), and Jing-Donggong (Mind & Body Exercise, e.g. Tai Chi).

Acupuncture:
Acupuncture was discovered and developed by the Chinese over 3000 years ago in order to prevent and treat diseases. It utilizes needles and/or the burning of dried herbs (moxibustion) on the acupoints to balance the flow of life energy. This can produce functional changes that can achieve therepeutic results. Today, acupuncture has been found useful in many problem areas. It can help reduce stress, stop smoking, lose weight, control chronic fatique, resolve male/female problems, and manage pain caused by auto accidents, sinus headaches, sports injuries, etc. Disposable needles are used for treatments.
